Sway Finance is looking for a principal backend software engineer to join the company and take a key role in building the future of B2B payments and cash management.
Sway Finance is a start-up headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland 🇨🇭. We’re building a platform that solves cash management and payments for businesses around the world. One place where company owners and managers can centralise their bank accounts, invoices and payments to seamlessly monitor and forecast their cash. Complete with intelligent recommendations and alerts - directly from their pocket, wherever they are.
Senior software engineer with a degree in computer sciences, physics, mathematics or equivalent, and 7 to 10 years of experience. You’re passionate about building seamless infrastructures, solving complicated problems, and you care about users. You’re a start-up person you likes to go fast and are here for the long term. You’re a coder at heart who is also able to mentor, guide, and train other engineers.
As Principal backend engineer, you’ll be in charge of key parts of the product, working directly with our CTO Florian Maffini and CPO Alban Le Vallois. You’ll be responsible, among other things, for implementing our Open Banking services across multiple jurisdictions and building a fully scalable infrastructure able to deliver across multiple platforms (mobile, Web App).
